Puerto Rico InformationPuerto Rico's WeatherReviews“The birds just seem to appear for Gabriel” My fiancee and I hired Gabriel for 4 days (3 nights) and we actually saw 16 of the 17 endemics (all but the PR Parrot, which we heard), plus several endemic subspecies, plus most of our other target birds (eastern Caribbean specialties). I've birded Hispaniola and Jamaica before, and I still got 25 life birds. He will custom design and constantly adjust the itinerary to maximize your chances of seeing your target birds. He takes care of all the arrangements and driving, and you just rack up the birds. An added thril was that we found and helped him identify a life bird (and year bird for PR) for himself, with the first record of Nashville Warbler for the main island of Puerto Rico. Gabriel is totally into birds and he will take you to them and make sure you see them. He stays at nice places with good food (and target birds at breakfast)!
